BOOK I’M READING

George Washington on Leadership. This book is a great look at key leadership qualities that Washington had that we can learn from. Really practical and good insight on leadership overall. Good book to read and reflect on your personal leadership style.

WHAT I’M WATCHING

What’s Next with Bill Gates. If you have Netflix this is a great session to watch. Just came out and the main focus I want you to focus on is Ai. It’s powerful and gives you a great glimpse into what’s next in our world. 

WHAT I’M LISTENING TO

The Mac And Cheese Millionaire. If you’re looking to tell better stories and connect better with your audience then please make this one the next podcast you listen to. It’s really good and I took copious notes and picked up his latest book because of it too. 

WHAT I JUST BOUGHT

Personalized Note Cards. I just ordered these from Etsy because my friend Stu Jacobson suggested that I send out notecards with quotes from books that I read to agents in the brokerage or agents in coaching that I think match up with the quotes. I think it’s a great idea so I’ll be doing that.

WHAT TECH I’M TESTING OUT

Claude. I’m testing out Claude again because I love what Anthropic is doing with Ai. They seem to be doing it right and differently than ChatGPT. I still love Proximity more though, but finding that Claude is giving great and different answers.
