Being a “top producer” in December isn’t about posting your deal count, your GCI, or your shiny new car. Nobody cares. Just you and maybe your mom.

It’s about being the one person who actually picks up the phone when the rest of the world has their “out of office” auto-reply turned on. Be the service provider that the client you’re trying to attract needs.

Don’t be an ego billboard. Be a lifeline.
