I really appreciate the real estate agents who are just genuinely kind. The ones who don’t compete by tearing others down, but instead lift people up, share what they’ve learned, and offer support simply because they can.

Their mindset isn’t “how can I get ahead at someone else’s expense,” it’s “how can I help someone else win too.” That kind of energy changes this industry.

So if you’re that kind of agent, thank you. Thank you for giving freely, teaching without ego, and spreading good energy into this space. It matters more than you know.

Real Estate Prospecting

I’m in the process of wrapping up two more books. Re-reading my own book to make sure I don’t duplicate anything in the second book. The second one is not a continuation, and will be highly focused on relationships.

Tim Ferris interviews Rich Barton

One of the best podcasts I’ve watched this year. The questions were great and the breakdown of how he scaled Zillow to beat out the Real Estate industry and Google is awesome. Great podcast episode.

WHAT I’M LISTENING TO
Michael Dell

This episode of Founders Podcast was really well done. It’s thorough and inspires you to want to achieve more. After listening to this one I feel like I should go pick up the biography about Dell.

Dot Grid Index Cards

I use a lot of index cards and I keep them and file them so I’m always looking at getting high quality ones. This company called Notsu has some great ones that I highly recommend.

I’ve been playing with this a lot more and Google has done a great job. I played with the Beta option to interact with the ai podcast hosts after I uploaded a google doc and had it create a podcast conversation in about 3 min. Amazing!
