The Purposeful Prospecting
We are wrapping up the challenge this Friday and it was a big success. So much so that we are bringing it back in January. People got engaged with the 5 simple things they need to do daily and they got business from it. I’m excited about this one because it brought business to agents that worked the daily 5 things they needed to do. If you need the breakdown I can send it to you.

From Zero To One
I’m now rereading this one because it’s part of my 10 book curriculum that I plan to finish in 1 year. That’s besides the other books I will be reading. This one in particular is to help me get grounded in growing YRealty Nationally and I have already taken new notes the 2nd time around. Love this book.

How To Improve Your Handwriting
This one may not be for you, but I’m always looking to improve my writing because I use journals a lot and I handwrite notes daily. This was a long but simple video that gave me some good highlights.

This was a Q&A with Gary Vee and he did a very good job answering the questions with relevant and clear answers. I agreed with mostly everything he says and it definitely applies to business owners and real estate agents alike.

MARK'STYLE days, Gel Ink
This pen is shaped differently but it makes it easier to hold and write precisely with. The gel ink is solid and the color is dark which I love. This could be a good pen for you if you like gel inks.

A Smarter Way To Disagree
To foster constructive disagreements, organizations should encourage individuals to modify their observable behaviors during conflicts. More specifically, the authors’ research has shown that employees should be more attentive to their linguistic behavior—to carefully choose the words they speak—because unlike a person’s thoughts and feelings, language is observable by counterparts, trainers, and mentors. Individuals can use several approaches in conversations where there are different points of view. They can signal a desire to learn by saying they’re curious about their counterpart’s position. They can acknowledge a colleague’s position by restating the core of that person’s statement. They can find common ground and make the similarities they share explicit. They can hedge their claims, leaving open the possibility of being wrong. And they can build trust by sharing their personal stories. For their part, organizations can train people to improve their verbal skills. They can use technology to monitor those skills and give employees direct feedback on their conversational behavior immediately after an interaction. They can hire and promote employees who disagree constructively. And finally, leaders can model the right behaviors.
