82% of agents are using AI. But most of them are using it wrong

I want to share something with you that stopped me in my tracks.

A study from NAR's Realtors Property Resource that came out this year found that 82% of real estate agents are now using AI in some form. 68% are using it daily or several times a week. That's not a small number. That's the majority of the industry.

But here's the part nobody talks about. 63% of those same agents said their biggest concern is whether the outputs are even accurate. They're using the tools. They just don't trust what's coming out the other side.

That's a problem. Because the agents who know how to use AI well, who understand how to prompt it correctly, which tools to use for which tasks, how to take what AI gives them and make it actually useful, those are the agents pulling ahead right now. And the gap between them and everyone else is growing fast.
