Day 4: All the answer to group coaching with me!

Howdy reader,
Only 2 more days and it’s done. Here are the most commonly asked questions about our group coaching. If you’re interested be sure to use the code word: Kindness. Sign up here.
What is group coaching? Group coaching is a process where a coach facilitates a group's development and learning. The topic is chosen ahead of time and there are some sessions that are Q&A so the group can learn from the common challenges that some are having. The group members share common objectives and goals, and the coach uses their skills to encourage and guide the group towards these goals.
How does group coaching differ from one-on-one coaching? While both methods aim to facilitate personal and professional growth, group coaching focuses on the collective growth of the group, while one-on-one coaching is tailored specifically to an individual's unique needs. Group coaching focuses on the challenges that the coaches know are being had by the majority of the industry.
What are the benefits of group coaching? Group coaching can provide a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, learn from others, and develop a sense of community. It can also be more cost-effective than individual coaching.
Who can benefit from group coaching? We have team solo agents, mega agents, team leaders, team members, and brokers. Anyone can benefit from group coaching, including professionals looking to improve their skills, individuals seeking personal growth, or teams wanting to enhance their performance and cohesion.
How long does a group coaching session last? The duration of a session can vary, typically ranging from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on the nature and objectives of the group, but expect each to end 30 minutes in.
Since there are 13 Sessions, when are they? Tristan’s are always on Tuesdays at 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern. Mark Rader runs his group coaching session Wednesdays 11-11:30am PT/2-2:30pm Eastern. The AI, Social Media, Database Session, and The Hot Seat vary, but you are given at least 1 week notice and all the sessions are recorded.
How many people are typically in a group coaching session? This can vary widely, but many coaching experts suggest that a group size of 60-90 members is what we typically see. We do our best to keep it to no more than 100 per group session for Tristan’s so questions can get answered and there is some sense of connection. The other sessions can and do get a little bigger.
Are the sessions recorded? Yes, they are recorded and you get access to it on our website. Along with all the PDFs and White papers we create monthly.
What topics are covered in group coaching? The topics depend on the group's collective goals and can range from leadership development, team-building, real estate tactics, step-by-step processes for growing your business, Real Estate Prospecting, and conflict resolution, to personal growth, mindfulness, and much more.
What qualifications should a group coach have? A Real Estate group coach should ideally have extensive experience doing business at a high level in real estate and also have experience in teaching large groups and helping with growth. The other group coaches have experience in their relative fields, whether it’s Tech, Database development, AI, etc…
What if I don't feel comfortable sharing in a group setting? Group coaches strive to create a safe, confidential environment where all members feel comfortable sharing. However, the extent to which you participate is ultimately up to you.
