Some might say it’s been 10 years in the making, ever since I started Lab Coat Agents a decade ago. But in reality, this came together over the last few weeks. Today, I’m excited to announce my merger with Y Realty to launch a different kind of brokerage—starting in California and expanding nationwide as we attract like-minded agents who share our vision. Janice Ahumada and I will be joining the leadership team of Candice Rae Culen and David Culen as owners and principles of Y Realty to bring you a fresh perspective in an established industry.

❤️ This journey is rooted in three core values: Relationships, Community, and Leadership. A guiding principle for us is encapsulated in the powerful Latin phrase “Unus Pro Omnibus”, meaning “One for All.” It reflects our deep commitment to unity, mutual support, and the idea that individual success benefits the entire group. While there are plenty of great tech, media, and revenue share models out there, our main focus is on empowering the human side of agents—growing together and helping our agents thrive in today’s market and beyond.

This brokerage isn’t for everyone, and that’s by design. We’re here for those who want to set deep roots, build lasting relationships, and be part of something greater that builds a legacy.

There’s room for many great players in this industry, and I’m grateful for the leaders and agents who are helping shape real estate’s future every day. And of course a heartfelt thank you to the previous brokerages that have supported me along the way.
