How I started A Brilliant Tribe

Hi Brilliant,

Back in 2019, I was hiking with my wife around the trails where we currently live. I told her I was going to start a newsletter for people who want to do better in life and business, something simple that would focus on human growth from the inside out. Well… it worked. That newsletter became A Brilliant Tribe, a company with many departments, one of which is our coaching arm.

I started with one coaching program called Pathfinder, a group coaching experience designed for agents who want to treat real estate like a true business. I believe quality coaching should be affordable for everyone, which is why I personally lead the group coaching calls.

I want to tell you about one agent, let’s call him Joe. Joe went from being a new agent, trying to figure out how to grow in real estate during COVID, to closing over 30 transactions as a solo agent.
