I want to be straight with you about something.
The real estate industry is shrinking. NAR membership is down. Transactions are harder to come by. And the agents who are surviving on referrals alone or doing things the same way they did five years ago. They're feeling it.
Here's what I believe is going to happen over the next five years. There will be fewer agents. Period. The ones who can't adapt, who can't keep up with how fast things are changing. They'll move on to something else. That's not me being negative. That's just what's happening.
But here's the other side of that. The agents who stay? The ones who figure out AI, who learn how to use it to generate leads, create content, follow up faster, automate the stuff that eats their time? They're going to make more money than they ever have. Because the same number of homes are going to sell. Just fewer agents will be selling them.
So the question is really simple: which side do you want to be on?
