Howdy and Happy Thursday!

There are two groups of agents right now.

The first group is using AI every day. Their listings get found faster. Their follow-up runs without them. Their content shows up where buyers are actually searching, which is no longer just Google but also ChatGPT and Perplexity and the AI Overview box. They look at their business now and they look at their business in January and it's a different business.

The second group is still waiting. Waiting for a clearer moment. Waiting for the tools to settle down. Waiting for somebody to tell them where to start.

The waiting is the expensive part. $25 a month is the cheap part.

We built the community at $25 on purpose. Not as a marketing trick. Because the agents who need this most are the ones who can't justify $500 a month for another coach. We wanted the door to be low enough that nobody got left behind on price.

But the door doesn't stay open if you don't walk through it.
