One of my agents is trying this next week!

Hi Brilliant Tribe,
I want to share something that one of my agents is doing this coming week. I hope it inspires you to keep trying new things and expand. She is going to start farming in a new area. Here's her plan and hopefully you can learn from It or add something new for yourself.
The area has about 700 homes, and she's going to start with one letter to the neighborhood. See Below…
She's going to mail there every 2 weeks with postcards and she has a strong call to action that delivers value first. She's always testing new CTAs so that it remain relevant and impactful.
She'll be starting a Newsletter that she'll be mailing monthly that has 3 parts to it: Local Talk, National News, and Home of the Week/History Lesson for the area. She'll be using MailChimp.
She's going to be calling the neighborhood when a new listing pops up and notifying the neighbors on day ZERO of the new listing, and she'll be calling when it sells as well. She'll be using REDX.
We're going to build out a website landing page that has local Information that ties to some of her mailers and door-knocking material. She's using Lofty.
Lastly, she'll be hosting open houses as often as she can to connect with people In person.
As she grows In the area she'll be hosting local community events, charity drives, garage sales, and a few other things she's done In her other communities.
