Even though the market itself isn't crashing—thanks to low inventory across the US—it's still a hard time for many. I totally get it. Back in 2007-2008, I was right there, too. I went from making half a million one year to just over $50,000 the next. My business took a huge hit, and it was rough, especially with my wife and young daughter counting on me.

But here's where things started to turn around: I didn't close myself off. Instead, I reached out and formed a mastermind group with some of the top minds in my area.
