Our Journey Through 2024 and What's Next

Hey Brilliant,
Right before COVID hit in 2020, I started writing a simple newsletter in December 2019 to help leaders stay strong during tough times. It really took off during the summer of 2020 - more than 100,000 people signed up! This success showed me that people needed not just guidance, but a supportive community during uncertainty. That realization propelled me to expand my mission: helping businesses build strong communities and coaching real estate agents to be their best.
Fast forward to 2024, and we've faced one of the toughest years ever recorded for real estate agents. Not only did high interest rates make it hard to sell homes, but we also weathered the biggest change in real estate history - that huge lawsuit that shook up how agents get paid for their work. These challenges made many agents question their future in the business. Add in cautious buyers waiting on the sidelines, and it felt like a perfect storm.
But here's what's amazing: we've seen that it's not about what problems you face, but how you handle them that matters most. While some agents gave up, others got creative and adapted. They focused on building trust, providing real value to clients, and finding new ways to run their business under these new rules.
Think of me as your Yoda - I'm here to help you unlock the superpowers that are already within you. Everyone has hidden talents and strengths; sometimes you just need someone to help you discover and develop them. Just like Yoda taught Luke to believe in himself, I'll help you tap into your natural abilities and develop the mindset needed to thrive in any market.
Looking forward to 2025, I promise to keep showing you what works in this new reality. I know 2025
