When I first started in real estate, I was hit with the Great Recession.

Everything I had learned about the industry quickly became outdated, and I found myself struggling to keep up. It was during this time that I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it was also when I truly began to shape who I am today.

  2. Automating Processes: I implemented a CRM system to streamline my follow-ups. Using tools like FollowupBoss and Chime helped me keep my communications organized and responsive without getting overwhelmed.

  3. Investing in Myself: I started journaling to reflect on my daily experiences and track my progress. This practice helped me stay focused and motivated, especially when I began using the Day One app in 2011.
