One of the things I love about RevlUp is their commitment to transparency. They’re a small company started by some real estate friends of mine who are pouring their hearts and souls into this. While they offer both buyer and seller leads, we’ve focused on their seller leads. So far, they’ve connected us with real homeowners who are ready to discuss their properties and plans to sell.

Some are just seeking a home valuation, while others are ready to begin the selling process. Our approach has been simple but consistent. If you’re going to give them a try, I’d recommend doing it in a similar way.

Call - No pick up hang up

Text - Give them the value by text and let them know that it’s only an estimate until they tell you if the’ve done upgrades. 

Call - Call a second time 

Email - If you haven’t talked to them, send them an email about the value of their home, similar to the text you sent. Subject line: I just tried calling you, sorry I missed you. 

Nudge Text - 15-20 minutes after the last text, send a text that reads, ‘Let me know…”
