Show them the finish line on day one

Many times agents talking to clients miss the next step. The consumer is ready to see homes, or talk about the process of buying or selling their home and the agent clearly misses the opportunity. Pay attention and make sure you have the process down because early clarity wins loyalty. Check out the plan here.

Don’t forget to ask if they would like to sit down by zoom or in person to go through the processes. Make sure you ask the buyer or seller to meet with you on zoom or in person so you can explain how it looks to work with you:

  • Buyers – Zoom walk through of the full process, screen-share local comps, answer live Q&A, send recap notes.

  • Sellers – In-person listing meeting with a one page net sheet, quick staging tips, and a 30 day marketing calendar.

It’s all about giving the next step to the consumer you’re trying to help. You must guide them.
