When you first talk to someone in person or on the phone it’s important to connect through value. Remember, people really won’t care about what you offer until they truly feel you care and showcase that you have expertise in what they need. When a buyer or seller reaches out, has something handy to give out, give them a short guide that answers their fears before they ask. Check out the plan here.

When you start creating content that you can send by text or email you begin to connect with people differently. Make sure you have a set of PDFs that you can send them and let them see you as the guide, not the salesperson. We have templates if you want a jump start,  just hit reply and say “Send the buyer PDF.” Below is an example of one.
