Tristan’s 7+1: What I'm reading, watching, listening to, etc...

Hi ,
You can learn something from almost anyone, even if you disagree with them on everything else. The key is staying curious enough to look past the noise and find what's actually useful.
That's a skill worth building every single day. 🩵
WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT
AI Real Estate Coaching. I'm launching an AI real estate coaching program next week and I can't stop thinking about it. It's $25 a month, and it's designed to help agents actually use AI to grow their business, not just talk about it. If you're interested, just email me back and I'll let you know the moment it's ready to sign up.
BOOK I’M READING
The Book of Elon by Eric Jorgenson. I don't agree with Elon's politics, and I'm not going to pretend I do. But this book isn't about politics. It's about how he processes information and how he builds companies at a scale most people can't even imagine. That part is genuinely fascinating and worth your time.
WHAT I’M WATCHING
Stop Wasting Money on Meta Ads. Trenton and I did this breakdown on YouTube and I keep coming back to it. We go deep on how Meta Ads actually work for real estate agents, where most people are burning money, and what to do instead. If you're running ads or thinking about it, watch this one.
WHAT I’M LISTENING TO
David Sinclair on The Diary of a CEO. Harvard professor Dr. David Sinclair sits down with Steven Bartlett for over two hours on aging, longevity, and what science is actually showing us about how to live longer. It's one of the most powerful episodes I've heard in a while. If you care about your health and energy, this one hits.
WHAT I JUST BOUGHT
Rode Microphone USB-C. I already owned one and just bought another. That should tell you everything. It's my favorite microphone for recording, the audio quality is clean, and it's simple to set up. If you're creating any kind of video or audio content, this is the one I'd recommend.
ARTICLE I’M READING
The Surprising Success of Hands-On Leaders from Harvard Business Review. Most leadership advice says to delegate everything and stay high-level. This piece challenges that, looking at leaders like Jeff Bezos and others who stayed close to execution and built some of the most successful companies in the world. It's a good reminder that being involved isn't the same as micromanaging.
WHAT TECH I’M TESTING OUT
Claude CoWork. I did a video on Instagram showing a command center I built inside CoWork, and the response was great. It's a desktop tool that lets you automate tasks and manage files using AI. For agents who want to get more done without adding more hours, this is worth taking a look at.
WHAT I’M WORKING ON
A simple flowchart that shows everything you can create from a single blog post. One input, a lot of outputs. Emails, social posts, scripts, short-form video, newsletters. I want agents to see how much content they already have waiting for them. If you want it, just shoot me an email at [email protected].
