The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. I'm reading this one again. I don't know how many times I've been through it at this point, but it hits different every time depending on where you are in your business. The models in this book aren't theory. They're blueprints. If you haven't picked it up in a while, dust it off. And if you've never read it, stop what you're doing and order it today.

^{WHAT I’M WATCHING}
 Charlie Munger's USC Law School Commencement Speech. This is one of the greatest commencement speeches ever given. Munger talks about building a life worth living through reliability, lifelong learning, and what he calls "a seamless web of deserved trust." That last part really got me. Trust isn't a strategy. It's the foundation. If you've got 30 minutes, this one's worth every second.

^{WHAT I’M LISTENING TO}
The Tim Ferriss Show #856: Jim Collins — What to Make of a Life. This is almost three hours long and I didn't want it to end. Jim Collins talks about self-renewal, cliff events, and how to maximize your return on luck. He's got more energy at 68 than he did at 37 and you can hear it. Collins is one of those people who makes you want to think bigger and live more intentionally. Don't skip this one.

^{WHAT I JUST BOUGHT}
Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions Stitch Mini Figurine. I grabbed a little Stitch mini figure from Enesco's Jim Shore collection as a gift for a friend. It's hand-painted stone resin with that classic folk art style. Sometimes you just need something on your desk that makes you smile. Stitch does that for me. Ohana, right?

Why Great Innovations Fail to Scale from Harvard Business Review. This one's from the March 2026 issue of HBR and it's all about "bridgers," which are leaders who excel at collaborating across boundaries. The main idea is that great ideas don't fail because they're bad. They fail because people can't work together across different teams and environments. If you're building something that involves multiple people, partnerships, or markets, this article is a must-read.

^{WHAT TECH I’M TESTING OUT}
Perplexity Computer. This just launched and I've been testing it out. Perplexity Computer is an agentic AI system that coordinates 19 different AI models to complete complex workflows. You tell it what you want and it breaks the project into tasks, assigns sub-agents, and delivers the finished product. I've been using it to build websites and get a ton of marketing done. If you're looking to level up your content and marketing output, this one's worth exploring.
