Your attitude is going to make or break your business. People can feel it. They’ll either want to work with you, or they won’t call you back. It’s that simple.

And here’s the thing not many people will tell you, it’s on us to show up first. To show up in a way that makes people “want” to work with us. Where they feel like, “Yeah, this person is going to get the job done. They actually care about what I need.”

People are complicated. They’ve got a lot going on. Buying or selling a home is emotional and stressful and scary all at the same time. But connecting with them doesn’t have to be complicated.

What do they really want? They want to know you’re going to take care of them. And they want to know you know what you’re doing.

That’s it.

Show up with the right attitude. Be someone they trust. Be someone who actually gives a damn.

Do that, keep showing that way, and the business follows.

I’ve been heavily testing Gemini lately, specifically the integration with Tasks. It’s wild—I can brainstorm a strategy with the AI and instantly have it populate my to-do list. Loving how seamless it is making my daily workflow.
