Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. I'm reading this one again, and honestly, it hits harder every single time. Frankl's ability to find purpose and meaning in the worst circumstances imaginable is something that stays with you. If you haven't read it, it's one of those books that'll change how you see everything. If you have read it, read it again.

The Ultimate Jim Rohn Library. I didn't even know this existed and I'm so glad I found it. It's long — 10 full modules of Jim Rohn's best material compiled by Nightingale-Conant — but it's pure gold. If you're into personal development, this is like having a masterclass on repeat. Rohn's delivery is unmatched and his principles are timeless.

There's something about putting pen to paper with the right tools that just makes you want to write more and plan more. Small purchase, big impact on the daily routine.

 One Leadership Habit That Will Transform Your 2026 by Simon Sinek. — This one really resonated with me. Sinek's main point is simple but powerful: every time someone on your team has a win, ask them "Who helped you?" and then publicly recognize those people. It's not about celebrating the superstar. It's about building a team where people actually serve each other. He says the "average" teams that trust and support one another consistently outperform the teams full of individual stars. That's real leadership, and it's exactly what I believe in.

Rejig.ai. I've been refining my use of Rejig.ai and I'm really liking what it's doing. It's an AI-powered social media tool built specifically for real estate agents,  it creates branded content, schedules posts, and handles everything from listings to market updates across all your channels. I've been testing it with my coaching clients and it's delivering solid results. I'm going to be using it more for my other Instagram channel too.
