It’s time to Get Out Of Your Own Way! Here are the 5 things to work on today. 

Acknowledge Fear - Will you have wasted your time on something that you thought would work and then it didn’t. 

Embrace Discomfort - How much effort and commitment will something take and then what happens if it doesn’t work. Know that it will not be easy. 

Set Clear Priorities - Identify your priorities for the day and review them daily and in the evening. 

Take Action Quickly - Get momentum going in the morning so it stays with you through the day. You create your own opportunities. 

Use A Support Network - Don’t isolate yourself. Use those people around you to encourage you, inspire you, and give you guidance.

Same As Ever. Currently diving deep in "Sam As Ever" by Morgan Housel. It's all about finding that steady ground in a constantly shifting world. Morgan’s got me rethinking—moving forward means not staring into a crystal ball but instead digging into the unchanging past. Mind-bending stuff!

What I’m Watching:

The Social Media Opportunity. In his recent keynote at the Aspire Conference, GaryVee dished out the secrets to rocking it in business through social media. Loving the game, self-awareness, and some practical tips for creating killer content—yeah, it's all there!

What I’m Listening To:

The Power Of Identity. Tuning in to "The Power of Identity" by Todd Herman. Seriously, this podcast’s a gold mine. Performance, patience, fears, imposter syndrome—it’s like a roadmap to crushing it! And a little dose of Kobe Bryant’s alter-ego, The Black Mamba? Pure inspiration!

What I Just Bought:

Classic Notebook. Just grabbed a classic notebook—dot grid pages and all! It’s my go-to for jotting down goals, scribbling ideas, and just letting my creativity flow. A blank canvas for anything and everything!

They’ve got this fantastic roadmap for turning our plans into action: (1) Understand your story: It’s like having our story on speed dial. When we can tell it in simple terms, it becomes our secret weapon—a guiding light for all of us. (2) Honor the past: Yup, honoring the past is vital. It’s like paying homage to our roots, setting the stage for where we’re headed. (3) Articulate a persuasive mandate for change: It’s not just about telling a tale, but weaving a story that convinces. This part’s all about making our journey to change something everyone’s rooting for.  (4)Lay out a rigorous and optimistic path forward: We need a roadmap that’s both solid and sunny. A path that’s rigorous but also beams with optimism. It’s the ultimate game plan!

What Tech I’m Testing Out:

AirPost. Airpost.AI is an AI tool that writes brand-specific copy over your posts. There is a built-in editor so you can easily make changes in the copy that is provided for you. Not only does it make your work quicker, it also creates drafts that will help your post trend and allow your audience to be more engaged.

What I’m Working On:

December Social Media Calendar: December’s got me all hyped up about the social media calendar. Cooking up ideas that scream holiday vibes and gearing up to drop some special rates for our sessions and other social media services. It’s all about spreading the cheer!
