Tristan’s 7+1: What I'm reading, watching, listening to, etc...

Hi Brilliant Mind,

Now is your opportunity.

While some are leaving, complaining, or barely engaging in real estate, you must execute your plan daily. You are different!

Some agents see only disaster and a world that "has been" for real estate agents. I see a world of opportunities waiting to be seized by those who adapt and engage with the consumer through value.

Things are always changing, so shut up, buckle up, and get to work. Yes, hard work. No one is ready for what's next, but your attitude will determine whether this next phase is for you.

If you're in, then stay engaged here with your fellow agents and out there with the client. If you're out, then step aside and let us show how it's done and will be done.

Either way, stop crying about it. Get in or get out. 

It's time to level up this industry.

What I’m Excited About:

RevlUp. We’re excited to be working with RevlUp leads. I’ve been testing them out since November and finally feel comfortable enough to promote them more. They are about to come up with seller leads too, so it’s going to be great. Please check them out. 

Book I’m Reading:
Purple Cow. If you haven’t read this classic it’s the perfect time to pick it up. It really puts your business and brand into perspective so you can focus on what matters when it comes to connecting with the audience you want to connect with. 

What I’m Watching:
Throttle and Thrive. Im in the process of re-watching this 2 day event so we can refine it and make it better in the summer. In the meantime if you missed this here is where you find it! If you missed it please watch it, it’s powerful. 

What I’m Listening To:

Building a business empire. This was a fun one to listen to that helped me look at my business differently. Great interview of Brad Jacobs who has built multiple billion-dollar companies. While there is no "playbook" for growing a business, he focuses on a few factors above all else in every company he operates, and in this conversation, he reveals them all.

What I Just Bought:

6 ring binders. These come in different sizes and I got some dot journal paper to go with it. I’m impressed with the design and the quality. It’s my first time testing this company out and I love it.

Article I’m Reading:
Dress to impress or dress for comfort. Great article written by my friend Stuart Jacobson. It hits at the core of doing business as a real estate agent and attacks the simple question: How should you dress in the real estate world?.

What Tech I’m Testing Out:

Bard. I keep on going back to Bard because I’m excited to see them take on ChatGPT even more. It’s still got some ways to go, but they are catching up fast. If you haven’t watched the video I shot comparing Bard to ChatGPT please watch it. You will love it.

What I’m Working On:
