What I’m Excited About

Business Planning Workshop. It’s that time of year and we are making sure that this workshop is hands on so hang on tight and register. It’s a free 2 hour session that will give you clarity for 2024.

Book I’m Reading:

Be Useful. Such a great book by Arnold Schwarzenneger where he gives 7 tools for succeeding in the world we are in. I’m actually making a video about this next week.

What I’m Watching:

Ultimate Guide To Virtual Assistants. This is a long but really good youtube video with Tim Ferris and the founder of a company called Leverage. It’s a very good talk that goes in all different directions.

What I’m Listening To:

Adding Dharma to our everyday lives. I loved interviewing this next guest on Brilliant Thoughts. He made me think deeper and I’m a better person for it. This is a conversation we can all learn from.

What I Just Bought:

Vitamin D3 and K. I interacted with a sports medicine doctor and suggested that I take Vitamin D3 so my body aches less in the morning. I’ve been trying it and it’s been working.

Flexible Work Is Having a Mixed Impact on Employee Well-Being and Productivity. According to Gallup research, workers around the world who are working in hybrid or remote roles say they experience more stress and anger than their colleagues who work onsite full-time. At the same time, these remote and hybrid employees say they’re consistently more engaged than full-time onsite workers. This presents a complicated challenge for company leaders: Full flexibility means employee well-being might be in jeopardy. But if you’re going to require employees to be in the office full-time, you may need to mitigate lower engagement and lower productivity. So what can organizations do to promote both well-being and productivity wherever employees are working? This article offers three strategies.

What Tech I’m Testing Out:

ChatGPT. Dall-E was just fully integrated into it and images are so easy to create. Is it amazing? Not yet, but it’s so amazing.

What I’m Working On:

Social Media Pillars. Finding your pillars isn’t easy, in fact discovering how you will show up on social media daily is tough.
