Who this is actually for

Got a lot of replies to my last email, which tells me I should say more about who this coaching is really for.

It's not for people in crisis. If your business is falling apart and you need someone to save it, I'm probably not the right fit. I should have made that clearer in the first email. I have coaches that can help with that for sure, but what I’m doing is a little different. 

It's for people who are doing fine, maybe even doing well, but feel like they're operating below what they're capable of. The ones who've built something real but sense there's a ceiling they can't quite name. The ones who are tired of figuring everything out alone.

I've worked with agents, team leaders, brokerage owners, and people outside real estate entirely. The common thread isn't their title. It's that they take their growth seriously and they want someone in their corner who's been through it.

If it doesn't, no harm. I'd rather you ignore this than feel like I'm pushing something you don't need.
