Facebook and Instagram hold spots 3 and 4 on the world’s most visited websites as of this month. The largest share of users are 25-34, which we know are important buying and selling years. Ages 35-44 are very close behind that too. You’ve got to have a solid plan that enables you to connect with them enough so that they want to connect with you in some way. Yes, Ai will play a crucial role in how people search for an agent as we progress into the future, but social media will still be the place people check their news, connect with friends, and visit daily to see what’s going on.
Your opportunity to get more qualified customers will continue to come from META. You need a plan to post organically on both platforms, with either short videos, information about real estate, or whatever you think will connect to the audience you want to attract. The other plan is to create custom lead pages through Facebook and Instagram so you can capture people's information that have questions about real estate. That’s where we come in…
