Your stress system screams because it cares
I just hung up with one of our amazing agents, and I'm inclined to share this with you because I know many of us are struggling. I know some days feel heavy, like you're doing all the right things but not seeing the results you need.
Here's what I want you to remember: your brain is literally wired to see what's wrong before what's right. It's called negativity bias, and while it keeps you alive, it also blinds you to how far you've actually come. You adapt to your own growth so quickly that progress feels invisible, even when you're climbing mountains every single day.
Of course life will hit you sideways and that inner voice will get cruel, but remember this isn't failure, it's called learning. Your stress system screams because it cares, but you don't have to listen to every word. Try writing down three tiny wins from today, even if it's just "I showed up today" or "I was kind to a stranger." Use the two minute rule: pick one small helpful thing and do it for 120 seconds, then let that momentum carry you.
Focus only on what you can control in the next hour, and when the noise gets loud, say it out loud: "This is a bad moment, not a bad life. I can start fresh right now." Don't get stuck on something you can unstick quickly.
Love you guys! Please keep moving forward!
