But Tonality is so much more than just how you sound. It’s how you feel too. Most people decide in seconds if they feel safe with you, online or in person. Warm, steady, and curious beats slick sales talk every time. Breathe! Take a deep breath before you dial.
Smile before you dial, a real smile can be heard.
Use simple words. “How can I help?” lands better than “How may I be of assistance?”
Match their pace. Fast talkers like fast answers; careful thinkers like room to breathe.
